Columbia County’s school board chairman is suing a social media site’s administrator who has alleged years of “fraud, waste, abuse and corruption” enabled by school district leaders.
David Dekle’s libel complaint, filed Wednesday in Columbia County Superior Court, seeks damages he said were inflicted by the May 14 publication of a document by Martinez resident Janet Duggan, who administers the “Columbia County Schools Getting Informed” Facebook page.
