SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – New documents reveal the range of the sentence that former Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright may face.
Wright plead guilty in October to charges tied to prosecutors’ claims that he abused his role by taking money meant to help deputies in times of need.
A new document filed on Thursday revealed that the sentencing range for Wright’s charges, as agreed upon by his defense and prosecution are the following:
- A total amount of $462,866.06 in restitution
- 33 to 41 months imprisonment
