The Selma community is mourning the loss of a 15-year-old boy hit and killed while riding an electric bike.
“We met with the family yesterday and they are going to have to live with this tragedy for the rest of their lives, which is heartbreaking,” said Selma Police Chief Rudy Alcaraz.
