ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Altoona police arrested two out-of-towners this week after they were found with numerous drugs during a traffic stop.
Brittney Nichole Pogue, 29, and Kyle Jerome Rudolph, 29, both of Harrisburg, were arrested Tuesday night, June 16, after 10 p.m., when Altoona police allegedly spotted them driving in the area of Sheetz on Chestnut Avenue without headlights on.
Police were on patrol in the area when they noticed a white Chevy Equinox parked in the parking lot for a prolonged period of time. According to the complaint, the vehicle’s registration came back as being from Harrisburg.
