MARPLE & HAVERFORD TOWNSHIPS, PA — Drivers traveling through the Route 3 and Interstate 476 interchange area should prepare for overnight lane restrictions next week as PennDOT continues a project aimed at easing congestion and improving traffic flow in Delaware County.
