Richland County Council voted to adopt “Reimagine Richland,” a 10-year update to Richland County’s Comprehensive Plan that will serve as a long-term guide for future development policies during its meeting on June 16.
The updated comprehensive plan, which was developed after considering input from residents, businesses, local leaders, and an analysis of existing and anticipated conditions, outlines Richland County’s vision for growth, development and preservation over the next 10 to 20 years.
