Fire crews are fighting a small brush fire off Highway 41 and Avenue 11 in Madera County west of the San Joaquin River.
According to CAL FIRE, the fire is about 15 to 20 acres and is burning at a slow to moderate rate in thick brush. No structures are threatened.
It is unknown how the fire began…
