Milroy Road will reopen to traffic next week after a three-month closure at the Route 322 and Chambers Hill Road intersection in Swatara Township, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.
The road is scheduled to open at approximately 1 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, weather permitting. Drivers will encounter a new roundabout at the intersection of Milroy and Grayson roads.
The reopening will change traffic patterns at the intersection. Westbound Route 322 traffic will be able to turn right onto Milroy Road. Drivers on Chambers Hill Road can turn left onto westbound Route 322, continue straight onto Milroy Road or turn right onto eastbound Route 322.
