BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — The storms rolling through Baldwin County are expected to dump a lot of rain.

“All the rain that falls south of Bay Minette, between Bay Minette and I-10, pretty much flows right through that Styx River, so it can have a tendency to rise very quickly,” said Baldwin County Emergency Management Director Tom Tyler.
That is something Farron Simpson has seen before.
“Even if it rains up north and we don’t get a lot here, it could still flood,” Simpson said.
So he is moving his camper from alongside the Styx River, just in case…
