Leesburg Marketplace sells for $11.5 million

Leesburg Marketplace, a prominent 81,071-square-foot retail center on West North Boulevard, has been sold for $11.5 million, commercial real estate brokerage Marcus & Millichap announced June 17 in a media release.

The 9.35-acre property at 1101-1107 W. North Blvd. is currently 95% occupied. It is anchored by major tenants including Dollar Tree, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, The Coffee Snob and the U.S. Army and Navy recruiters.
