(FOX40.COM) — A man is in custody following a standoff in Sacramento with Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies on Thursday afternoon.
According to the sheriff’s office, the man, identified as Austin Carter, barricaded himself inside a garage at a home on the 4700 block of Goya Parkway around 3:15 p.m.
Deputies said Carter was a known parolee at large, and Folsom police were looking for him…
