Tampa’s $58 million West Riverwalk expansion will wrap up next year. It adds miles of walkway connecting West Tampa straight to downtown.
The expansion links to the Manor Riverwalk District, an $800 million mixed-use development that broke ground Wednesday. The Related Group started construction on this six-acre property at 101 S. Parker St., perched above the Tampa Riverwalk with sweeping water views.
