JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson City Councilman Kenneth Stokes, Ward 3, hosted a Father’s Day lunch to celebrate fatherhood in Jackson.
During the event, Stokes invited fathers in Jackson to lunch at Eddie’s Soul Food. Stokes spoke upon the why it was important to celebrate the city’s fathers.

“We have so many outstanding fathers,” Stokes said. “And just to let them know we appreciate them, it’s a blessing.”
