“I look out at the Hudson River,” Collins, 87, tells PEOPLE from her extravagant home in New York filled with nearly a dozen of her sister Holly Kahn’s original paintings. “I mean, half of my view is interrupted with the building, but the rest of it is the Hudson River.”
