Live Nation officially opens its 19,000 seat outdoor amphitheater Saturday in Shakopee.
The Mystic Lake Amphitheater is slated to host 40 shows this summer, with tomorrow night’s Setting the Stage event showcasing a variety of Minnesota talent.
“You know, the first feature that stands out is unparalleled intimacy for a venue this size,” Live Nation Minnesota president Josh Lacey says. “I’ve never experienced anything like it as a large venue. I think you walk in here and it feels incredibly intimate when you’re in the performance space stuff. So wherever you are in the performance area, you’re going to feel like you’re in the action and just really excited for people to experience that.”…
