BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Wyoming County Sherriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into a missing person in the Town of Java, the office announced Friday night.
Authorities received a 911 call around 7 p.m. reporting a capsized boat in Java Lake. While two occupants were reported to have gone into the water, only one was accounted for.
