CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A mother and stepfather from Cincinnati were accused of grooming and raping a child.
According to court documents from the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Michael and Amanda Rowland were arrested and charged with rape, sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, importuning, and grooming. Amanda was charged with two counts of grooming while Michael was only charged with one.
