EUCLID, Ohio (WJW) – Euclid police video released to the FOX 8 I-Team shows teens escaping a stolen car after a violent crash that happened on June 10 on Lakeshore.
One suspect, a 14-year-old boy, was found on the roof of the city’s wastewater treatment plant following a brief foot pursuit.
The young teen questioned why officers were arresting him. He said he was walking home and did nothing wrong.

“He was inside a locked wastewater treatment facility around 1:30 in the morning on the roof,” said Euclid Police Chief Scott Meyer. “He can’t believe he’s being stopped because he was simply walking home. I don’t know that his route home takes him to a secure wastewater treatment facility on the roof. Our officer believed he was the driver of the stolen car.”…
