CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police on Friday asked the public for help finding a missing 60-year-old man.
Police are searching for Garland Peters, who was last seen on Nov. 3, 2025.
Peters was last seen in the area of Rockland Avenue and Rocky River Drive.
