CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two dogs escaped from a home in Upper Allen Township after a fire started in the kitchen on Friday morning.
Crews were dispatched to the 900 block of Paul Circle around 6:48 a.m., according to Mechanicsburg Fire Department.
