A Mobile County neighborhood is cut off after floodwaters washed away the only road connecting residents to the outside world.
Heavy rain overnight carved a massive washout through Spice Pond Drive, leaving families stranded and unable to drive in or out of the neighborhood. Residents have since created makeshift crossings, including a ladder and wooden planks, allowing people to carefully make their way across on foot.
