BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 50-year-old man was arrested Saturday afternoon for fatally cutting a woman in Harwood, Baltimore Police said.
On June 20 around 1:40 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 400 block of E. 25th Street, located in east Baltimore, for a reported cutting.
