A driver who allegedly fled from law enforcement during a traffic stop in Rossville on Friday evening remains at large, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
According to information reported by WRCB-TV Local 3 News Chattanooga, the incident began around 6:35 p.m. on Carden Avenue. A Local 3 viewer reported hearing a vehicle speeding through the area, followed closely by a Rossville Police officer.
Georgia State Patrol officials said a state trooper and a cadet in training were assisting a Rossville Police officer during a traffic stop when the driver suddenly fled at a high rate of speed. Authorities said the officer was in the process of identifying the driver when the vehicle sped away…
