Attorney: Shooting suspect in Cleves road rage incident was defending himself

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A man accused of shooting a pedestrian during a road rage incident in Cleves appeared in court Saturday.

The victim told police he was walking along US-50 near Mt. Nebo Road Tuesday when 68-year-old Robert Mason’s vehicle almost hit him. Investigators say Mason fired two shots, striking the victim once in the hip before driving off.
