CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A Cincinnati woman is accused of driving under the influence with two children younger than 5 in her vehicle before crashing into a utility pole on the city’s west side.
Tiara Person was arraigned in Hamilton County Municipal Court on charges of endangering children, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under a financial responsibility suspension and reasonable control.
