BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man is dead following a search for a missing boater in Java Lake, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday morning.
Authorities said around 6 p.m. Saturday, SONAR technology identified an object under water which ended up being the missing boater. 46-year-old Robert Fuller of Java Lake was pronounced dead at the scene.
