ASHEVILLE, N.C. — A coalition of teenagers is advocating for state legislation that aims to make it harder for teenagers to get their hands on nicotine products.
The legislation is called Solly’s Law, named after Solomon Wynn, a New Hanover County high school student who died in 2023 from complications related to vaping.
