EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — A convenience store in East El Paso was burglarized early Sunday, May 31, and investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying at least three people believed to be involved.
Police with the El Paso Police Department said that around 3:50 a.m., two suspects walked to the front doors of the Howdy’s store located at 1130 Joe Battle. The store was closed, but the pair pulled on the doors until they were able to force them open, according to investigators.
Once inside, the two suspects stole several alcoholic beverages and ran from the store, getting into a vehicle driven by a third suspect, police said. The group fled eastbound on Rojas Drive. The getaway vehicle is possibly a gray Dodge Magnum…
