LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was charged after planning an assault while in jail, Lincoln police said.
Court records state that, on May 14, a man reported to Lincoln police that he was threatened by 49-year-old Gabriel Carson. Carson was in jail while making the threats, but had reportedly contacted people outside the jail planning to assault a man.
