ADRIAN — A power outage impacted customers in the Adrian area Saturday after a tree came into contact with a high-voltage power line, according to Consumers Energy.
Community Affairs Manager Mindy Bradish-Orta told WLEN News the incident affected an entire substation located behind a Consumers Energy facility in Adrian.
