CINCINNATI (WKRC) — The National Weather Service has confirmed at least six tornadoes touched down across the Greater Cincinnati region during severe storms on June 18, with survey teams still investigating additional damage.
The strongest confirmed tornadoes were rated EF2 and occurred near Aurora, spanning parts of Dearborn and Ohio counties in Indiana and Boone County, Kentucky, and near Drewersburg, affecting Franklin County, Indiana, and Butler County, Ohio. There was also an EF2 in Maysville, in Mason County, Kentucky.
The National Weather Service has also confirmed:
- A tornado in Carroll County, Kentucky, with details still pending
