VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A 43-year-old man was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run motorcycle crash Friday night on Atlantic Avenue, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
On June 19, Emergency Communications and Citizens Services received a report of a two-motorcycle crash in the 800 block of Atlantic Avenue at approximately 11:30 p.m.
