Since adopting a new method of issuing and paying for permits, passes and exemptions, the parking in Ambler Borough has been improving, according to a report to the borough council during its June business meeting on June 16.
The borough adopted the T2 Systems/United Public Safety (tocite.net) for all residential, street cleaning, and visitor parking permits effective Aug. 6, 2025. The system allows for all payments to be made via a kiosk, rather than traditional meters. Since then, the Ambler Borough Police Department reports it has been a vast improvement over previous years and methodology.
