EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – Deiby Jhonatan Janamejoy Jansasoy pleaded not guilty during his arraignment Monday morning.
Jansasoy was arrested last month in Effingham County for vehicular homicide, DUI, and driving without a valid license after a head-on collision on Old Augusta Road.
The crash happened on May 1, investigators said a car crossed a center line and fatally hit Richmond Hill father, Michael Daniel Sharpe. WTOC spoke with family and friends following the crash…
