Ex-manager of Coolidge Corner dispensary charged with stealing cash

A former manager of Deezle Cannabis on Beacon Street is facing a felony larceny charge after Brookline police alleged he stole more than $2,000 from the dispensary’s cash deposits.

According to police reports, the investigation began on April 6, 2026, when Deezle Cannabis owner Kim Laramee reported that two sealed cash deposit bags were short approximately $2,092 of the amounts listed on the dispensary’s deposit records. Bank employees reported no signs of tampering with the bags.

Laramee told investigators that Raul Miller, then a manager at the Coolidge Corner dispensary, was responsible for counting, logging and sealing cash deposits before they were picked up by an armored courier service and transported to the bank…
