BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Nearly $3 million in state funding will help improve traffic flow and accessibility along Buffalo’s Niagara Street corridor and Niagara Square, and officials are looking for community input on the project.
A survey is now open, asking people how they utilize that space, the challenges they face and what they would like to see improved.
