NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Hampton Roads Transit announced the Tide Light Rail will be down for a few hours every day this week, beginning on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
The service interruption is due to maintenance.
This affects service between the Newtown Road Station and the Norfolk State Station between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. only, through Saturday, June 27. Downtown service will not be affected…
