HOLLAND, Ohio (WTVG) – An incident at a clothing store where a man allegedly grabbed a victim Sunday afternoon resulted in the arrest and an ICE detainer for the suspect.
According to the incident report, Carlos De-Los-Santos-Sosa, 25, was arrested on charges of assault and unlawful restraint.
