A 70-year-old cyclist who crashed with a semitruck in Louisville on Thursday died Saturday.
Christopher Mayo was riding his bicycle Thursday afternoon when he appeared to have struck a semi parked on the shoulder of the westbound lane of Empire Road, just east of the Colorado 42 and Pine Street intersection, according to Scott Moore, a Louisville police crime prevention specialist. Three people, who did not see the crash happen, stopped to help Mayo and administer CPR, Moore said.
