SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Two Sioux Falls residents were taken to jail after fighting with an employee at a business Sunday morning.
Akiba Dean Jr., 19, of Sioux Falls, was arrested for aggravated assault, possession of stolen property and simple assault. Breanna Bedford, 18, of Sioux Falls, was taken to jail for two counts of simple assault and underage consumption.
The heart of racing
According to Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson, around 7 a.m., officers were dispatched to West 41st Street and South Empire Place for a report of a customer who had a gun inside the business. The employee was able to take the gun away from the suspect. The suspect and a female who was with him got into a vehicle and left the scene.
