RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The community is invited to the Reno Phil’s 31st annual fundraising concert, Pops on the River. The evening will feature costume contest & table decorating contests, extravagant raffle prizes, a live auction, and an unforgettable performance from the Reno Phil led by Music Director Laura Jackson.
