PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities in Vancouver, Wash. are warning about a recent string of tire thefts targeting Toyota Corollas.
In a Monday Facebook post, the Vancouver Police Department said it has received “multiple reports over the past several weeks,” involving tire and rim thefts of 2020 Toyota Corollas.
In each case, the suspect, or suspects, removed all four tires and rims – leaving the sedans on blocks during overnight hours, according to VPD.
A spokesperson for VPD told KOIN 6 News the agency has taken five reports of these thefts as of Monday, taking two reports on June 11, one on June 12 and two on June 15…
