BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A fire at a vacant home on Mohr Street in Buffalo Tuesday morning was deemed arson, Buffalo fire officials said.
Crews responded to 95 Mohr St., near Broadway, around 5:30 a.m. Due to water low levels and “rapidly deteriorating” conditions firefighters were forced to go on the defense.
