WARREN — A 48-year-old Detroit resident was killed after being struck by a vehicle reportedly fleeing police June 18.
At approximately 1:58 a.m., Warren police on a routine patrol attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a silver Dodge Ram near Fairfield and Georgiana streets.
According to a release from the department, officers observed multiple occupants in the Dodge wearing ski masks while driving through neighborhoods.
