EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island’s statewide drought continues to worsen.
The U.S. Drought Monitor has placed most of Rhode Island in a severe drought, with the rest of the state facing moderate drought conditions. The entirety of Southeastern Massachusetts is also in a severe drought.
