MEMPHIS, Texas (KFDA) – Seth Altman, the man accused of shooting Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant and evading authorities for three weeks in 2024, has been found incompetent to stand trial.
On October 3, 2024, prosecutors said Altman shot and wounded Plant as he attempted to serve him a warrant.
