LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was sentenced on Monday for derailing a train and filming the incident in southeast Nebraska.
According to court records, 19-year-old Zachary Hertzler was sentenced to five years’ of probation for one count of criminal mischief costing over $5,000.
