There are many key recruits Michigan was after this weekend, as Kyle Whittingham welcomed eight uncommitted prospects. With only 17 committed players in the Class of 2027, Whittingham went into this weekend with the mindset of growing the class and has already landed one commitment, with more on the horizon.
Four-star safety Marcus Jones was one recruit Michigan was hoping to impress this weekend, and it seems Whittingham and his staff did just that. The Pennsylvania product loved the new staff in Ann Arbor, and could really picture himself in a Wolverines uniform in 2027…
