Arrest warrant issued for local man accused of murder; considered armed and dangerous

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) – An arrest warrant has been issued in connection with a homicide in North College Hill, and investigators are warning the public that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey and North College Hill Police Interim Chief Craig Chaney announced the warrant after a joint investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the North College Hill Police Department into a homicide that occurred June 22, 2026, in the 2000 block of Carpenter Drive in North College Hill.

Authorities have charged Ricky Orlando Lee, a 43-year-old man, with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, aggravated menacing, using weapons while intoxicated, and tampering with evidence…
