FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 21-year-old caught doing donuts in Fresno with a car full of passengers was ultimately found with a BAC three times the legal limit, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Just before 3 a.m. Saturday, deputies reported witnessing an Infiniti Q50 car spinning donuts in the middle of the intersection at Clinton and Cornelia avenues in Fresno.
Despite attempting to conduct a traffic stop, deputies say the driver sped away a short distance in the wrong direction on Shields Avenue before hitting a curb and disabling his car.
Upon contacting the four occupants inside, deputies reported the driver, identified as 21-year-old Josue Torres De La Torre of Fresno, showed signs of intoxication and called for assistance from CHP…
